Shipping Information
We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will be processed on the same working day (orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday) and handed over to the carrier. Throughout the entire shipping process, we will keep you updated so that you always know the status of your order.
Free Shipping from €50
Orders with a value above €50 will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Spain. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90.
Special Transport
Some products in our assortment require special transport. This generally applies to shipments over 30 kg that cannot be shipped with standard services such as PostNL or DHL. In these cases, we use carriers like UPS or DB Schenker. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer. Of course, we ensure that your order is carefully packed and arrives in perfect condition.
Pick-up in Eindhoven
You can also pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Eindhoven. Please make an appointment at least one working day in advance:

You can only collect your order once you have received confirmation from us.
Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs depend on the weight of the package and are calculated as follows:

The exact costs will always be agreed with you in advance. We recommend returning products in their original packaging to avoid transport damage.
