Q1: Does Voltero PS18 portable power station 1800W have a built-in MPPT controller?
A: All Voltero central units have a built-in MPPT controller.

Q2: What devices can be charged/powered by the Voltero PS18 power station?
A: Voltero PS18 solar generator 1,800W has 2 x 230V/1,800W AC output (pure sine wave), so it can power most appliances less than 1,800W.

Q3: How long will my device stay powered?
A: Working time (estimate) = 1.488Wh*0.8 / working power of your device = Hours (0.8=Conversion rate due to losses).

Please note that actual working time may vary in different situations.

Q4: Does it design with energy saving function?
A: Yes, for AC output, when the output is less than 3W, it will automatically power off after 8 hours.

For DC output, when the output is less than 50mAh, it will automatically power off after 4 hours.

For USB output, when the output is less than 30mAh, it will automatically power off after 3 minutes.

Q5: How long does it take to fully charge this power station?
A: The USB-C plus wall plug charging method can charge from 0 to 80% in up to 3.5 hours.

Q6: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?
A: The device can be in standby mode, where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter can consume up to 50W. Remember to long-press the power button to completely turn the device off. If the device loses power when completely turned off, try charging it to 100% and using it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery.

Q7: If I use this device once, and there's a surge, will it display an error? What should I do to reset it?
A: When the output exceeds the ports, the overload protection switch will automatically trip. You should turn the power switch off and then back on. This will reset the device.

Q8: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?
A: The device can be in standby mode, where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter can consume up to 50W. Remember to long-press the power button to completely turn the device off. If the device loses power when completely turned off, try charging it to 100% and using it two or three times to 0% to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Q9: Why would the generator fan cycle on and off when not in use or plugged into something?
A : The station has a built-in smart and silent cooling fan, so during use, the fan will automatically turn on when the device is warmer to maintain the device, when the temperature drops to a certain level, the fan will turn off.

Q10: How to choose the solar panel?
A: Voltero is widely compatible with solar panels from other brands, as long as the combined open circuit nominal voltage range is within 12-30V, 250w Max.

Q11: How do we ship Voltero solar generators?

A: Due to the different sizes of power stations and solar panels, we will ship separately if your order contains multiple products including portable power stations and solar panels.

Notes

- When the control buttons are enabled, even if no devices are being charged, some power will still be consumed without a load. Therefore, it is recommended to disable the control buttons after use to prevent power consumption.

If you feel the battery draining quickly when you first use it, this is because the remaining power information displayed is inaccurate when the product is first activated. The remaining power is automatically calibrated by discharging the battery to 1% and then charging it back to 100%.
