- Payments are securely processed via Mollie (PSD2/SCA, 3D Secure).
- Instant payment confirmation and invoice by e-mail.
- For most methods we charge no extra fees. A few methods include a transaction surcharge (see below and at checkout).
- Support from our service team (Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00 CET).

With Klarna Pay Later you receive your order now and pay within Klarna’s specified term. With Slice it you spread your payment across multiple installments. Exact terms are shown during checkout.

- Fees: 5.0% transaction fee for both Pay Later and Slice it
SOFORT (Klarna Pay Now) & Giropay (Germany)
For German customers we support SOFORT (Klarna Pay Now) and Giropay. Pay via your bank environment with swift confirmation.

SEPA Bank Transfer (prepayment)
Choose bank transfer (prepayment) to receive payment instructions by e-mail. We ship once the funds are received. Please allow 1–2 business days for interbank processing.

Payments via Mollie
All online payments are processed via Mollie. On your bank statement you may see “Mollie” or “Stg Mollie Payments”. This indicates your payment was securely processed via Mollie.
Security & verification (SCA/3D Secure)
- Transactions are encrypted and, where required, verified with 3D Secure or your banking app (PSD2/Strong Customer Authentication).
- If prompted for verification, follow your bank/card issuer’s instructions to approve the payment.
- If a payment fails, try an alternative method or contact our team for assistance.
Refunds & chargebacks
- After a return or cancellation, refunds are issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
- Visibility on your account depends on your bank/card issuer’s processing time.
