Shipping Label and Cost:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a shipping label to facilitate the return process. The shipping cost associated with your return will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Please note that the shipping costs vary based on the weight of the returned items:
- <20kg: €16.50
- <50kg: €49.50
- <100kg: €99
- <150kg: €149.50
- Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Attach the provided shipping label securely to the package.
- Ship the return within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. The refunded amount will be the total purchase price minus the applicable shipping cost based on the weight of the items returned.
