Tips:

Low shutdown current for 5V port: 70mA

Low cut-off current for 12V port: 150mA

Low cut-off current for 20V connection: 200mA

High cut-off current for 20V connection: > 4.5A

If your laptop turns off automatically for a few seconds or minutes, it may be caused by over-current/low-current protection.

If the auto power off is caused by over-current protection, please close your laptop screen or fully charge your laptop and then charge the laptop with our power bank. If you're trying to power a Windows laptop and the battery keeps disconnecting, you may need to change power settings, pre-change power settings, and find the "Turn off hard drive after" setting. Select NEVER and in Power Options DISABLE "Intel Cppc Energy Saving"

How do I know K2 can charge my laptop?

Please check the label on your laptop's adapter. If it is more than 95W (DC output current is more than 5A), the power bank may shut down due to overcurrent during charging. For this reason, we do not recommend using our power bank to charge your laptop.

Can charge Surface Pro 3 (but you need to buy the cable by yourself - DC5.5*2.1mm to Surface Pro connector)

Can charge Surface Pro 4 (when the DC output voltage is 12V)

Surface Pro 4 cannot be charged (only when the DC voltage is 15V)

Lenovo Yoga 3 14, Yoga 900 (20V 3.21A), Yoga 3 11 13 milx 4 700s (20v 2a) cannot be charged

Dell XPS 12 (Type C) cannot be charged

Apple laptop cannot be charged

Cannot be charged with the car charger (12V).
