Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days without providing any reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has physically received the last product or the last partial delivery.

To exercise this right, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example by letter, e-mail, or via our online form):

If you submit your withdrawal electronically via our website, you will receive an immediate confirmation from us (by e-mail). It is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including standard delivery costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, these additional costs will not be reimbursed.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No additional costs will be charged for this. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Costs of Withdrawal

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. The return costs depend on the weight of the shipment:

We recommend returning the goods in their original packaging whenever possible to avoid transport damage.
